Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel amazing in your Hell Bunny outfit, but if it's not a perfect fit, you can return any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry and certain intimate apparel cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all vintage-style tags intact and include your completed packing slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate and print your return shipping label from our portal, then drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
